Advice on the telephone due to Covid 19 Virus Lock Down.

Brian didn't visit but did advise over the phone with 3 telephone conversations lasting 3 1/2 hours. I put this into practice immediately. It is early days but already things are beginning to improve. She does not go into flight mode and hide under the bed as I enter the kitchen as much as she used to. She is feeling much calmer now.

I recommend Brian highly for any dogs with issues. He makes things crystal clear from the start and is meticulous in his understanding and the advice that he gives. Some very helpful advice which is working well. He did not charge for his time or the advice that he gave........
